DELIVERY TO UK

Free delivery on all orders.

Delivery time estimate: 1-2 working days UK mainland (DPD), and 1-3 working days (Royal Mail) beyond UK mainland. Please note, for next day delivery, orders must be placed by 1pm GMT Monday – Friday. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the following working day.

Please make sure you have selected Shipping to: United Kingdom in the header (for desktop) or in the menu (for mobile).

All orders for delivery to mainland UK are shipped via DPD’s next working day delivery service. Please ensure you provide a correct mobile number and email address as DPD will update you on a delivery window by text and email.

Outside the UK mainland, orders are shipped via Royal Mail ‘Signed For’ and can take 1-3 working days. Due to courier restrictions we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses or APO addresses.

DELIVERY TO USA

Free delivery on all orders.

Delivery time estimate: 1-3 working days (subject to customs clearance). Due to courier restrictions, we are afraid we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

We now prepay all custom taxes and duties for all deliveries to the US. All you pay is the price you see at checkout, and product is less likely to be held at customs. However, random spot checks do occur on occasion. We use DHL for all US orders, on a fully tracked service, and work closely with them to ensure your order is received promptly.

DELIVERY TO THE EUROZONE

Free delivery on all orders.

DELIVERY TO REST OF THE WORLD

Delivery for orders over £200 is free. Delivery for orders under £200 is £20.

Our rest of world service covers all of Asia, Africa, South America and Australia, as well as the following countries in Europe and North America: Norway, Ukraine, Switzerland, Canada and Mexico.

Your order will be sent from the UK, and if import duties apply, you will need to pay these upon receipt. The price you are charged by Sunspel excludes tax.

GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION

DESPATCH TIMING OF ORDERS

We aim to despatch all orders within 1 working day of being placed, and on the same day for orders placed by 1pm GMT Monday to Friday. Please note that during busy periods and in sale, this is sometimes not possible and we regret we cannot make any amendments to purchases once ordered.

USING A DIFFERENT DELIVERY ADDRESS

If you don’t think you’ll be at home to receive your parcel, please give us an alternative address if it suits you better – for example, your work address.

IF YOU AREN’T IN WHEN THE DELIVERY ARRIVES

Our delivery partners will leave a notice card with contact details explaining any next steps in order for you to receive your order.

IF THERE ARE DELAYS

We do everything we can to make sure deliveries take place when we say they will. Sometimes, though, things beyond our control delay delivery.

DELIVERY COSTS IF YOUR ORDER COMES IN TWO DELIVERIES

Even if your order arrives in two packages you will only pay one delivery cost for your order, regardless of how many parcels we send out to you.

REPLACEMENT FOR NON-DELIVERED GOODS TO US, CANADA AND REST OF WORLD

In the event that an order delivered to US, Canada or Rest of the World regions does not arrive within the approximate delivery period stated, we will do our best to assist in tracking your order but this can be difficult with postal deliveries. Where there has been no delivery beyond 21 working days, we will process a replacement order.

ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

We love our clothes, but we don’t want anyone to keep a Sunspel garment if they don’t want it. So if for any reason at all you want to return something, you can do so within three months of delivery.

It doesn’t matter whether you’ve tried the garment on or not (except for underwear – see below). We’ll give you a full refund or exchange the item. We don’t refund the original postage and packaging charge, but if you just want us to exchange the item then you don’t pay any postage for the replacement.

Please note, postage charges for returning goods back to us are your responsibility, we strongly recommend you ask for a proof of postage in case the parcel goes missing on its way back to us.

There are only four exceptions to our three-month guarantee:

  • During the SALE we have a 14 day return policy for all goods bought on the site.
  • For UNDERWEAR we ask that you return products to us within 14 days of shipping date. We will be happy to refund or exchange underwear provided they are in perfect condition, unworn, and in their original packaging.
  • For SUNSPEL SETS individual items in the sets are not valid for refund and can only be exchanged with the same item in an alternate size. Refunds are available on return of whole Sets.
  • For FOOTWEAR, the original boxes are considered part of the product, and must be returned in their original condition, within protective packaging.

IN STORE RETURNS POLICY

It doesn’t matter whether you’ve tried the garment on or not (except for underwear – see below), we’ll give you a full refund or exchange the item.

There are five exceptions to our 14-day guarantee:

  • We do not offer refunds on SALE items, but you have 7 days to exchange any item bought in the SALE for another SALE item in store.
  • For UNDERWEAR we are not able to refund or exchange underwear in store.
  • For SUNSPEL SETS individual items in the sets are not valid for refund and can only be exchanged with the same item in an alternate size. Refunds are available on return of whole sets.
  • For FOOTWEAR, we will be happy to refund or exchange footwear provided they are unworn and in perfect condition.
  • Items bought in the Sunspel Hackney outlet store are final sale and cannot be returned for refund or exchange.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN IN STORE PURCHASE

Bring the product you wish to return to any of our London stores along with proof of purchase within 14 days and our staff will issue your refund.

Please note that refunds for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original payer. If you have a gift receipt you can exchange the gift for another item of equal value in store.
